nxVenture Capital™️ Ltd was a private investment management firm based in New York City, with offices in Los Angeles and Phoenix. Additionally, nxVenture Capital operated two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries: a boutique Merchant Banking firm, Müller Morgan Grenfell & Co. Ltd. and Transpacific Holdings Corporation. Mercator™️FinTech two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, offices in New York City. Our Firm operates multiple internal investment divisions, each with a very unique business model and specialized focus. We also operate several financial industry subsidiaries globally. We are extremely aggressive and active in seeking out the right investment opportunities and maintain our very strong rate-of-growth. On September 1, 2015, completed a full divesture of all outside investment capital, returning the firm’s outside investors with their share of nxVenturenxVenture Capital™️ “Private Investment Company” nxVenture Capital Co-Founders Troy Jensen and David Bryce Müller III. With the SEC classification of "Closed Investment Instruction" simply means nxVenture Capital does not solicit investors nor do we manage any outside investment capital. Our investment capital and our investment funds and portfolios are all capitalized with nxVenture Capital funds. This is advantageous for a number of reasons. nxVenture Capital does not have the pressure that comes with having outside investors. Long-term investment strategy gives way to an emphasis on shorter-term performance returns to satisfy the current outside investors that make up the bulk of their investment capital. An even larger pressure is the pressure to show short-term results as our competitive-set investment management organizations solicit investors to raise fresh funding for new investment funds. This is the typical structure of almost every competitor in the multiple segments nxVenture Capital operate in.
