Northwest Techies, LLC (dba SQLSoft Consulting Group) is an information technology staffing company registered in the state of Washington. Our office is in Bellevue, WA. Our activities are focused on consulting, contract staffing, and full-time placement. Most of our staff consists of hourly W2 employees and some subcontractors. For our hourly staff we offer health insurance including dental and vision, term life, and AD&D. Successful candidates must grant permission for a background check and provide 3 recent references. Our unique advantage - with our partner Quickstart, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, we offer our staff and clients training credits for keeping skills up to date. For every 200 hours billed by our staff we credit both our client and staff with one training credit. When two or more staff are billing, customer credits are calculated on a cumulative basis.
