NW Diversity Learning Series

NOTE: To participate in our discussions, please visit the NWDLS Group here on LinkedIn. The NW Diversity Learning Series is the recognized diversity education resource in the Northwest. As a collaborative venture, progressive companies and organizations joined forces 14 years ago to accelerate Diversity & Inclusion simultaneously lowering costs by leveraging their combined investments. The Series consists of bi-monthly, morning workshops on cutting-edge Diversity & Inclusion topics. Every other month, managers and employees from the Sponsor organizations, as well as individuals from other organizations in the Northwest region, come together in Seattle, WA for a 3.5-hour interactive session. The sessions provide knowledge and skills about implementing inclusion principles and strategies into Sponsor organization workplaces. Diversity Learning Series presents a new theme annually and each of the six sessions during the year explores that theme. The 2012 theme is New Directions: Diversity & Inclusion Repositioning for the Future. Workshop facilitators are nationally-recognized experts in their fields, and model Diversity & Inclusion values during their presentations and activities.
