As Asset Manager, NOVO oversees limited liability companies and capital management, administers contracts, files tax returns and other governmental filings and directs the corporate governance and business operations. As Property Developer/Owner, NOVO acquires real estate, implements renovation, construction and re-positioning plans. NOVO’s investment goal is to retain ownership of properties for a 5-10 year period.
