Novatium focus is on outsourcing of IT service supported by a strong operating capacity and solid financial situation. Novatium’s main activities are service desk services, end user support, hardware maintenance and administration of IT platforms (operating systems, application and database, networking and network security). Novatium was founded by a team of professionals from different technology and information areas with over 20 years of experience. The company was founded in 2005 in Argentina, in 2010 started operations in Mexico and in 2014 expanded to the US. Novatium is also member of the Service Desk Institute (SDI), leader in Latin America in consulting, training and certification of ITIL, quality assurance and service desk best practices. Thanks to this strategic partnership, Novatium’s services are audited and certified by the SDI. Novatium and the Service Desk Institute mutually contribute to their respective operations by bringing additional skills and capabilities. Novatium currently employs about six-hundred (600) passionate IT specialists who support a base of more than fifty (50) customers.
