Nova is an expert at Ship / Air integration across the full range of applicable aviation and maritime engineering, test and certification requirements. The air team is supported by a team of specialists with experience and expertise in Aerodynamics, Avionics Systems, Electronic Warfare, Communications and Tactical Data Systems, Integration and Human Factors Integration, all in line with current policy guidance. Client engagement is a key part of the Nova way of working to ensure we understand the specific needs, risks and issues of each project in order to deliver new or upgraded equipment and the associated systems to the operational domain.
