Northumbrian Fine Foods has a strong heritage in biscuit making which began in 1936. We have a purpose built factory in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear baking biscuits, cookies and cereal bars for our own brands and under license for Traidcraft. We also bake luxury biscuits and cereal bars for a lot of major retailer own brands. We are passionate about our products and take time to perfect each unique flavour and texture, using only the best ingredients. Traditional recipes combined with up to date production methods ensure consistent quality and great value.
