The Northern Lights Fund Trusts are shared mutual fund trusts comprised of independent funds, all managed by separate investment advisors. Advisors have joined the trust, administered by Gemini Fund Services, LLC, to counteract the increasing costs of doing business and increased level of regulatory compliance in the mutual fund industry.
