Northeast Foods Inc. is one of the largest suppliers of buns, rolls and bread products in the United States, and a Supplier of Choice for numerous restaurants in the country. Based in Baltimore, MD., we are part of a network of 10 bakeries and multiple distribution centers along the East Coast, all committed to one thing: producing the best quality bread products possible. Some of our affiliated bakeries include: H&S Bakery, Schmidt Baking Co. and Ottenberg’s Bakery. Together, our baked goods can be found in a wide range of establishments, from fast food and quick-service restaurants to cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores and universities. Our brands, such as Blue Ribbon, Old Tyme, Sunbeam and 647, are some of the largest brands in the Northeast. For decades, we have worked tirelessly to perfect the art of baking. Our President and CEO, Bill Paterakis, has challenged us to continually improve our capabilities across the entire company, from transportation to quality control. Our teams at Northeast Foods leverage innovative technology and generations of knowledge to make us an industry leader and a model for the baking industry.Each year, we use nearly 148 million pounds of flour to make our quality products.
