We provide health promotion, disease prevention, and environmental protection to improve the quality of life for all residents of northeast Colorado. Serving 9,200 square miles in the counties of Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma counties, we are the largest geographical health district in the state of Colorado.
