Since 1973... Norm Civata (Izmir) launched the screws manufacturing in 1973 with one set double-blow heading machine and after the success of the bolts, nut production started in 1977 in order to meet the needs of the local market. By a consistent and long-term investment program, modernize d production plans continued, in May 1994, to its current location in the industrial area in Cigli Atatürk Industrial Area, Izmir. Since 1977 at Uysal Coating company, Norm has been coating its own products with organic and inorganic coatings in-house. Moreover the final production company in Norm Group is NEDU tooling company which was established in 2006 and produces cold forming dies for Norm Group production. Investments are going on at the new plants in Salihli, Manisa for bolts, nuts and small screws. Norm Group is the unique company which has 6 quality management certificates. These are to: ISO / TS 16949, ISO 9001:2000, Q1, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and CE EN IS0 15048.
