Depleted batteries are quickly replaced with charged cells so electric forklifts, pallet trucks and tugs can be put straight back into service while the flat battery is maintained and recharged.Norco also offer a Battery Rental service so clients can endure busy periods at reduced cost.Standby Service:A team of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Battery engineers are kept on permanent standby to react to any emergency calls for assistance, and can be scrambled onshore, offshore or overseas at a moments' notice. As well as emergency response, the Standby department can offer fully project-managed UPS and battery preventative maintenance.Research & Development:Norco's UK-based R&D team build their own product completely in-house. Printed circuit boards, firmware and operator interfaces are all Norco's intellectual property.
