NOA Group is one of the earliest national leading third-party inspection, testing and certification services providers in China. Established in 1999 and headquartered in Pilot Free Trade Zone-JinQiao Area, China (Shanghai), NOA is an independent, impartial and professional third-party testing, inspection and certification body. In the last century, the predecessors of NOA organized and started scientific research on electric devices at the call of the nation. Today, NOA has expanded to over 1000 officers, auditors, inspectors and test engineers in total over entire China area. From Certification to inspection, verification to lab testing, advising to training, NOA nowadays becomes a comprehensive third-party service provider in various industries. With its special researching and developing capability, NOA also provide innovative solutions to meet higher requirements of customer demands in not only quality and management aspects, but also productivity and creativity. In order to serve better and deeper, NOA has been accredited by International Accreditation Forum member - CNAS forQMS/EMS/OHSMS/product certification and ANAB for QMS/EMS/OHSMS/FSMS. On the other hand, NOA has obtained approval of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNCA, Approval Code: CNCA-R-2002-51) which laid a solid fundamental base for NOA certification, testing and inspection activities in China. In the recent years, NOA is accredited by China General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, for being a governmental recognised inspection body for import and export product verification and inspection. Within these qualifications, NOA provide standard laboratory testing, system certification, inspection and audit services against various standards. Meanwhile, beside standard services NOA also focused on the solutions to each possible failure occurred in production, focused on system modification to increase productivity, as well as inventive advisories to support our customers achieving new technology innovations.
