NIACON was founded in 1989, as a private general contractor company with its foundation in the Hospitality and Institutional sectors. For over 25 years, NIACON has worked uninterruptedly, providing construction management services set to the highest standards. Though based in Niagara Falls, Ontario Niacon has worked on notable projects throughout Ontario, across Canada, and into New York State. During its years of exceptional performance, the company has increased its portfolio to include private and public housing; industrial, offices and retail units; schools, churches and public building and handles project scope from refurbishment to design build for new developments.NIACON values are based on the principal of providing quality management services to clients building exciting projects. Niacon prides itself on partnering with clients at the concept stage and working them through the design development stage, providing ongoing construction sensitive advice to the design team; in an effort to assure schedule, budge, functionality and practicality. NIACON encourages and supports our employee development and we are proud of their continued academic achievements. Many of our staff are Gold Seal certified and more are working towards accreditation; Gold seal is the highest accomplishment in the industry according to the Canadian Construction Association. Built with a lean aggressive approach, we regularly employ 25 dedicated staff between field, office administration and management. Over two decades of experience has developed NIACON's managment team into seasoned construction professionals that consistently deliver projects on time and budget.
