South of England Procurement Services provides a Procurement and Supply Chain Management service. South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS) is committed to ensuring all products arrive in a timely manner and provide the best value for money on goods and services necessary to provide quality healthcare against an agreed Supplies Strategy. SoEPS uses all electronic means of both trading and communicating with Suppliers (including the purchase order system, electronic tendering/quotes and electronic reverse auctions with short listed Suppliers). SoEPS ensures all procurement is compliant both to EU Procurement Law and local Trust Standing Orders and SFIs.
