About NGPA
The NGPA is an international organization of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) aviation professionals, enthusiasts and their allies from around the world.
Through education, outreach, and social events, we promote our primary goals:
- To encourage members of the LGBT community to become active in aviation
- To foster equal treatment of LGBT people in aviation through advocacy and outreach
- To promote aviation safety
- To provide an affirming social and professional network for LGBT people in aviation
