NFC Fitness Specialists can provide Fitness Center orientations that include instructions on how to use the equipment as well as routine cleaning and maintenance oversight. Signature Training Residents have a wide variety of training options available depending on their needs and time constraints. Whether choosing private or semi-private training, 30 minutes or hour-long sessions, residents can meet with an NFC Fitness Specialist who will customize a training plan to suit each resident’s budget. Signature ClassesZumba, Kettle-Bell Training, Core Conditioning, Strength Training for Golfers, Boot Camp, Aqua Fitness, Yoga and Pilates are just a few of the many style of group activity classes which can be customized for residents of all ages and fitness levels.
