New-Tech Packaging began operations in 1984 as a corrugated sheet plant, providing corrugated products and fabricated foam. From the start in a modest building on Huron Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee, the company established a way of doing business that was three fold: 1) build strong customer partnerships, 2) be customized, specialized and creative in saving the customer money and providing packaging know-how, and 3) satisfy customers by continuously meeting their needs. 26 years later, the company has grown into a strong, viable competitor in the packaging industry.

New-Tech's President, J.C. Heotis, has added space and capabilities since taking the helm in 2004. He inherited 215,000 sq. ft. and expanded that by 25% in 2006, adding another warehouse with 51,000 sq. ft. and four additional contract packaging lines. Temperature-controlled space has become increasingly important to New-Tech's customers. Mr. Heotis doubled the capacity of space in 2006, and again in 2008. New-Tech boasts 80,000 sq. ft. of monitored temperature-controlled warehouse space equipped with contract packaging lines.
