New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute (NJHCQI)

New Jersey's only independent advocate solely committed to improving health care quality, patient safety, and health care access in the Garden State. The New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute's purpose is to "undertake projects that will ensure that quality, accountability, and cost containment are all closely linked to the delivery of health care services in New Jersey."​ One of the Quality Institute's biggest initiatives is the Mayors Wellness Campaign, a program that empowers mayors in NJ with tools and strategies to champion health and wellness in their communities. We currently work with over 350 of NJ's municipalities to make health a priority in our state.
