ABOUT BOJANGLES'Jack Fulk, Sr. opened the first Bojangles'® on West Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1977. It marked a new milestone in this country's fast food industry. Mr. Fulk envisioned a restaurant that would cater to the Cajun tastes of America while offering a variety of breakfast items and fresh, homemade buttermilk biscuits.ABOUT NEW GENERATION FOODS, LLCWe pioneered bringing the Bojangles'® brand to the state of Alabama. Our first location opened in Athens, AL in 2006, and since that time we have expanded to 10 locations across North Alabama.
