NedCargo International offers sustainable solutions in the changing world of logistics to reach more consumers with a wider variety of products. 65% of our transports are done by rail or water to reduce traffic and pollution. NedCargo is a leading foodstuff distributor in the Benelux Countries. (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg). We daily deliver over 35.000 different (foodstuff) products to over 30 million consumers in these countries. Our forwarding and multimodal department serve even more consumers worldwide. At this moment about 80 million consumers are reached outside Benelux. The product range is smaller, mainly Dutch products like beer, liquor, clothing, seasoning and dairy products. We operate under different names worldwide; van Uden, CEM, Alpherium, Food Express, MTA, Schouten... but we will rename our companies to NedCargo.. in order to serve clients all over the world and being able to show our strong commitment serving more consumers. Our vision: Our customers seek the most durable and most transparent supply chain. Margins are under pressure, so the cost of the supply chain should be as low as possible. There are plenty of changing needs and requirements, such as the demand for transport of smaller packages, faster deliveries, more frequent deliveries, delivery within time windows, night distributions, combined deliveries, etcetera. Our mission: A most durable and cost efficient supply chain for our customers, based on the most recent and best supply chain knowledge. Real solutions to offer smaller shipments, combined shipments, delivery within time windows, etcetera, based on optimal contracts with our suppliers.
