Fresh fruits and vegetables are checked at the reception, then they are carefully sanitized, peeled and washed before being processed in our production lines. Our approach is based on respect for the Guide of Good Manufacturing Practice of ready to eat fruits and vegetables ready. We conduct strict hygiene controls and quality at all stages of manufacturing, cutting, cooking, packaging and shipping. Management principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) types allow us to meet European regulatory requirements (852/2004 Regulation of 1 January 2006) in terms of food security. Finally, our products are tested each month by an independent laboratory, according to the microbiological criteria including products 4th range.
