In 2015, Glenn M. Parker, M.D., founded NationsBenefits®, a FL-based startup that provided managed care organizations with customized healthcare solutions. Our initial benefit offering, named NationsHearing®, provides hearing assistive services to health plan members and allows them to access a network of hearing care providers to schedule a no-cost hearing test and purchase hearing aids using their benefit allowance. In 2019, the company launched NationsOTC®. An over-the-counter benefit that allows health plan members to order essential health and wellness products using their benefit allowance. Members choose from hundreds of CMS-approved items customized to their specific health care needs, with convenient channels for ordering and shipping at no cost. In 2020, the company launched NationsResponse®. A benefit that addresses loneliness issues with a companion and reassurance service for seniors who need socialization and care reminders.
