National Temp Services is a different kind of staffing agency.

National Temp Services works within the manufacturing, construction skilled trade, and office administration functional areas. Our primary goal is to create relationships with our clients to ensure mutual success. We work closely with our clients to ensure the employees have the needed skill set, and they will also fit within the organizational culture. Most recently, we were able to assist a large manufacturing organization with a large reduction in force, providing them with skill machinists that could aid in the transition to the new facility and assisting with a production increase. During this transition the human resource department and plant management were able to focus on the change because the staffing issues were being handled by NTS. NTS also partnered with the manufacturing organization to create a career day for the employees that were being laid off and sponsored treats for employee gatherings.
