National Family Mediation

National Family Mediation is the largest provider of family mediation in England and Wales. We have a network of not-for-profit family mediation providers delivering family mediation in over 500 locations. Mediation reduces the conflict in separation, divorce or dissolution of civil partnership by avoiding costly, heated court battles. It is quicker and less confrontational than litigating (using lawyers to negotiate) or using the court process. It empowers families to take control of their situation, and to find long-term solutions about arrnagaments for children, property and finance that are in the interests of children and families, not solicitors.
