Nantong CIMC Tank Equipment Co.,Ltd. (Hereafter referred to as the “CIMC TANK”), established in 2002, is the wholly-owned subsidiary of CIMC Enric Holdings Limited (Hereafter referred to as the “CIMC Enric”) on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (3899.HK), a public company holding by China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd (Hereafter referred to as the “CIMC Group”).Being one of the most important production bases of CIMC Enric, CIMC Tank is located in Nantong City, which is 150km away from Shanghai and where there are deepwater ports and modern container terminals facilitating the transportation of tank containers.
