The website features over 150 federal benefits fact sheets and 54 state and territory benefits fact sheets with military-specific state and local tax and benefits information, military resource locators and calculators that assist Soldiers planning for deployment, projecting retired pay and survivor benefits, and estimating disability ratings and their financial benefits. There is a retirement calculator that compares the Blended Retirement System and the High 3 retired pay plan for those Soldiers that opted in at the end of 2018. As with all MyArmyBenefits calculators, the BRS calculator uses the Soldier’s CAC or DS Logon to pull personal information from Army systems into the calculator and provide personalized estimates. The Benefit Library is open to all and does not require a secure logon. Retired Service Members and their family are welcome to use the comprehensive library and calculators as well as surviving family members.
