Information
Mustang offers custom and standard vacuum deposition system solution for industrial scale production customers globally in a wide range of industries. Our focus on production scale processes, in industrial environments, has earned us a global reputation for high volume, high throughput, production solutions with industry leading uptime performance. The Colt 4828 remains an industry leading, small batch fast cycle platform, since our inception in 2005 for the automotive forward lighting market in performance and up-time. Over the last 5 years Mustang has expanded rapidly, providing standard production level solutions for the thin film solar, electroplate replacement, electronics, glass coatings and now tribological wear coatings. Mustang holds a number of patents on a wide range of system designs and deposition sources. This depth of engineering and applications knowledge is demonstrated in our ability to customize and optimize solutions for unique processes or substrate requirements. Our custom systems teams work with new technology leaders across several industries to define and build pilot and manufacturing solutions to scale up laboratory processes, creating the next generation of materials. Mustang Vacuum Systems and our subsidiary Mustang Solar are based in Sarasota Florida. Our Engineering and Applications teams are based here with our full development laboratory and demonstration equipment center, where we work with customers to qualify and develop processes to customer specifications. Vertically integrated, our Sarasota facility fabricates complete vacuum chambers primarily from stainless steel, custom computer and PLC controls, industrial standard software HMI and integration of Tier 1 component suppliers to deliver exceptional industrial vacuum deposition systems globally.
