Museum Of Science & Technology (MOST)

The Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science & Technology (MOST) is an educational learning center and an interactive science playground for people of all ages. The MOST exists to provide inquiry-based science education activities to Central New York residents through a hands-on science center and educational outreach programming. Each year, the MOST impacts the lives of thousands of Central New York youth and their families through group visits, classroom activities and special events. The MOST seeks to inspire science learning, encourage creativity and foster appreciation of the environment. Approximately 140,000 people visit the MOST each year, including nearly 16,000 school children on field trips and group outings. People recognize the educational value of the MOST and travel to the museum from locations significantly outside our region. With a commitment to education and entertainment, the MOST provides experiences that help students build to their futures in those areas that are currently the growth segments of our economy -- the sciences and technology. We are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays, with additional hours on Mondays during the summer, most holidays, and school vacations.
