MSc in Management of Human Resources

The Master of Science in Management of Human Resources is a competitive program offered in English by the University of Milan, a leading public university, located at the heart of the blooming city.We have designed a multidisciplinary program based on a learning by doing approach and a strong connection to practitioners. An additional focus is on HR analytics and digital HR to allow our alumni to be positive actors in the transformation of HR.An international class is selected every year and joins us for a 2-year program. Classes are organized in three terms per year (Fall, Winter, Spring). The last 2 terms of the second year are dedicated to internships and your final dissertation.Our alumni work in leading HR functions both in Italy and abroad.
