MRCI is one of Minnesota's largest human service non-profit organizations creating opportunities for people with disabilities and disadvantages. Through our services for individuals, families and employers; MRCI is able to create genuine opportunities for people of all abilities.

Services for Individuals: MRCI empowers individuals to reach their personal goals through skill building and employment opportunities.

Services for Employers: MRCI partners with employers to meet business needs and serve as an ongoing resource in diversity integration.

Services for Families: MRCI provides families the resources, support, and opportunity to keep loved ones with care needs living in their homes.
