Morris Bean and Company....For over 60 years Morris Bean has been providing precision aluminum castings for industry. We specialize in high integrity castings with superior mechanical properties. We use gravity pour and low pressure methods to produce aluminum castings up to 3500 lbs. We maintain our quality through tightly controlled ISO management system. We have an inhouse X-ray, heat treat, Spectrographic analysis, and liquid penetrant inspection facility. In addition we maintain magma simulation software to simulate castings and to ensure that the first article is the very best we can provide. We perform vibratory stress relief and have a machine shop in the facility. Starting out as part of Antioch College in 1926 we have been in our current facility since 1946.
