MoneyBall is a cloud based Sales Analytics & Sales Coaching tool. MoneyBall measures sales skills in a fast an easy way then automatically generates a development plan for improving the skills that are most important. Moneyball is a strategic alliance between CareerBuilder and Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business to address the ever increasing sales skill gap that was developing. The research insights that led to the creation of MoneyBall was the result of 100 hours of interviews with 30 sales leaders from U.S. organizations in various industries.The MoneyBall research team is comprised of 17 experts who teach and conduct research at schools such as the Kelley School of Business, Harvard, NYU, Rice and Yale.
