We are part of MONETA Group. Together with MONETA Auto, s.r.o., MONETA Leasing, s.r.o. and recently acquired building savings and mortgage bank we are offering broad range of banking and financial services including insurance, investments, building savings and auto, machines, and other equipment financing.
We are publicly listed company. With effect from 10 May 2016, all shares are admitted to official trading and traded on the Prime Market of Prague Stock Exchange which is the regulated market within the meaning of Section 55 of Czech Act 256/2004 Coll., on conducting of business on capital markets, as amended. Shares are also traded without MONETA’s consent on markets operated by RM-SYSTÉM, Česká burza cenných papírů, a.s., Munich Stock Exchange, Stuttgart Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Berlin Stock Exchange.
