Monart Inc. is a franchise of McDonald's Corporation. Our organization manages seven McDonald's Restaurants in the Ann Arbor, Michigan, area and works collaboratively with our affiliated locations operated as Martinique Management Consultants, Inc. locations in the Metropolitan Detroit area. Our goal is to provide quality and fresh food to the communities that we serve. We also aim to provide a safe and respectful work environment to our employees where they can obtain job training as we are "America's Best First Job" while continuing to provide long term career opportunities for a rewarding future with competitive compensation.
