LexServ is an independent joint venture between Maple Life Financial and Cantor-Fitzgerald and has been servicing life settlement portfolios since 2002. LexServ provides the full array of portfolio services to life settlement providers, investment banks, lending institutions, hedge funds and private equity groups around the globe. We have established long standing relationships with Payment Agents, Custodians and Trustees throughout the industry.
LexServ understands the operational control challenges which exist in the financial industry. In order to support clients and improve controls, LexServ initiated and successfully completed an SSAE-16 Type II operational control audit (formerly SAS-70 Type II) in 2012 and 2013. LexServ plans to complete the audit annually on an ongoing basis.
