The Mississauga Halton CCAC connects you with the care you need, at home and in your community.
We coordinate in-home and community support services, information and referral and long-term care placement, serving a population of more than one-million residents in the communities of South Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Halton Hills and Milton. In total, there are 14 CCACs in communities across Ontario.
The Mississauga Halton CCAC is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care through the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (MH LHIN).
