SINCE 2004Minglida Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (MLD) was established in 2004, headquartered in Shenzhen. In short 12 years, the company has been specializing in die-casting, CNC, precision molds, plastic, aluminum, stamping, forging processing etc… seven structural components, all in a one-stop program provider. MLD also equipped with advanced zinc-aluminum die-casting machine, lathe, horizontal four-axis machining center, vertical three-axis machining center, spark machine, walking thread cutting machine, three dimensional, spectrometer, three-dimensional X-Ray detector, and hundreds of sophisticated production and testing equipment, achieving automation production (automatic die casting, automatic polishing / shot blasting, automatic tapping / four sides drilling, automated CNC line processing unit 'including on-line detection / cleaning', automated spraying, automated assembly, automated oxidation line, etc.). 80,000 square meters Dongguan Qingxi MLD aluminum die casting production and supporting projects are expected to put into production in November 2017, mold annual output achieving more than 600 sets, and the annual output of die-casting products being over 60,000 tons. Moreover, the intelligent production project of 270,000 square meters Nantong MLD Motors，adopting lightweight aluminum (zinc) alloy parts，is expected to full production in July 2017, mold annual output achieving more than 800 sets, and the annual output of die-casting products being more than 100,000 tons.
