Millennium Technologies specializes in Nickel Silicon Carbide Bore coatings for the automotive and power sports industries. Our special bore processing equipment allows us to repair and finish hone new or used cylinder bores and refurbish them to OEM new tolerances utilizing a nearly indestructible, high heat transfer, low friction coating. We accept all jobs, from new OEM cylinders from a variety of manufactures to repair work of individual components. Millennium Technologies also offers a complete line of engineering and prototyping services including: Powertrain component design, FEA, & testing. Cylinder head air flow analysis, design, CNC port duplication, NC Valve seat development, Combustion chamber development & manufacture. Powertrain fired engine testing, fuel injection tuning & emissions certification.
