Formed in 1967, Middle Tennessee Human Resources Association (formerly Middle Tennessee SHRM) was originally charter as an American Society of Personnel Administrators chapter. Over the past 50 years, MT|HRA has grown from a handful of forward-thinking executives to more than 1,500 members and is currently the 6th largest Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) affiliate chapter in the U.S.Our mission has always been, and continues to be, Supporting, Education and Connecting our members.
