MID Contracting is a Jordanian construction contractor established in the year 1991 as a limited liability company. When the group of ambitious founders first started the company, they were modestly targeting the local market with an eye on the regional and international markets. Adherence to international best practices in environmental, Safety, and Quality management, as well as international Project Management Standards, has granted MID Contracting both local and regional recognition. MID Contracting was the first Jordanian General Contracting Company to achieve the ISO 9002 Certification. The Quality Management System of MID Contracting has been modified to comply with the ISO 9001:2008. Today, MID Contracting is in the implementation stage to achieve the Environmental Management System Certificate ISO 14001, and the Safety Management System Certificate OHSAH 18001. Today, MID Contracting is classified as a first grade classification in all eight specializations, namely; Building Construction, Roads Construction, Concrete Works (Bridges, Intersections, & Tunnels), Earthworks (Excavation & Mining), Electro-mechanics, Communication Networks, Water & Sewerage, and Decor & Furnishing Works.
