microSURE Hand Sanitizer

microSURE is fast-acting nanoparticulate silica that prevents bacteria and virus particles from attaching to surfaces. Dr Erwin Lo, Neurosurgeon and founder, collaborated over 15 years ago with a group of experts as it relates to material science and biotechnology, to develop a unique soluble antimicrobial solution to protect multiple diverse surfaces including the human skin. The antimicrobial effect occurs when the solution dries and mechanically attaches, leaving behind a nanomolecular silica dioxide crystalline-like layer, which eradicates many bacteria and virusesCurrently it is being tested at the University of Georgia Athens and Texas A&M on SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Preliminary results have shown the sanitizer to be effective.
