For six decades, Merrill’s Packaging has pursued excellence in Bay Area manufacturing. Since then, they have built an extensive network of partners and clients around the world. Innovative companies like Apple Computer, See’s Candies, Allergan and Johnson & Johnson have relied on Merrill’s Packaging to design and manufacture their cutting edge packaging. Thermoforming, extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and supporting secondary operations are our core competencies. We also offer in-house packaging design, tooling and clean room manufacturing. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified. We also have a medical packaging facility in Coyol, Costa Rica.
