Merlin Diesel Systems Ltd is a multi-agency company totally dedicated to the global supply of spare parts and test equipment for the servicing of diesel fuel injection systems. Our HQ is based in Preston in the north of England, we also have branches in London, Halifax & Shanghai. We have a customer base ranging from small private businesses to multi-national organisations. The name Merlin has been associated with diesel fuel injection test equipment since 1947. The company has been run in its present format since 1991, when 4 divisions were created. TEST EQUIPMENT - The test equipment range covers automotive, marine, rail, power generation and industrial applications with authorities throughout the world being users of MERLIN test equipment. DIESEL PARTS - One of the largest distributors in Europe of diesel fuel injection spare parts, Merlin is an authorised distributor for Delphi (Lucas Cav), Bosch, Denso, Zexel, Stanadyne, Woodward (Lucas Bryce), VDO ( Siemens), Monark and Yanmar with over 50,000 part numbers available ex-stock and more than 235,000 part numbers available within 24 hours. WORKSHOP - Merlin’s hi-tech diesel fuel injection workshops and vehicle diagnostic centre employ more than 20 fully-trained diesel fuel injection technicians. Fully-authorised and capable of repairing all types of fuel pump and injector to the original system manufacturer’s standards. FILTRATION - With the acquisition of Auken Autoparts in 2005, Merlin became a distributor for Mann, Fleetguard, Delphi, Bosch, Donaldson, Baldwin and Sogefi.
