Mental Health in Motion

Mental Health in Motion is back...and in a brand new location on Midland's waterfront! Join us on September 21 and enjoy a 5km walk/run along the waterfront trail and experience the amazing wellness stations along the way! Early bird yoga at 8:30 a.m. – event runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.Mental Health in Motion is a fundraising event in support of mental health care in our region. The money raised will help purchase much needed new hospital beds for our patients. A good night's sleep is essential for recovery!$25 / ticket and $60 for a family of 4. Children 12 & under are FREE! Come out and bring the whole family for a morning of adventure, sport, relaxation and mental health - and maybe win a prize!
