The Thermatool high frequency welding machine and Lincoln welder are imported from the United States. We have 6 welding lines with annual output of about 151,000 tons, 2 antiseptic treatment (hot-dip galvanized) lines with annual output of about 86,000 tons, 4 coating lines with annual output of about 43,000 tons, 4 spiral pipe production lines with annual output of about 70,000 tons, and multiple intelligent prefabricated processing line, which can satisfy different users with all-round high quality requirements.Our company organizes production and quality control in strict accordance with ISO9001 quality management system and has got ISO14001 environmental system certification and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. The products are strictly in accordance with, ASTMA53, ASTMA795, BS1387, EN10255, AS1074, SANS62, CJ/T 120-2008, SY/ t5037-2000 and other national and international standards, with diameters ranging from 8mm to 1620mm. Products are widely used in gas, oil, water, fire protection, HVAC, mining, and other fields of fluid transport.
