MDCC is the founder of specialized ID fit-out Construction in the Philippines, founded by Engr. Pablito L. Calma completing all the first 5-Star Hotels in the Philippines of the 1970s, including major Institutional and Commercial Projects. Today, MDCC has completed at least 500,000 sqm. of Interior space and counting, has a core workforce of 1,000 personnel, and a supporting workforce of 4,000 who are from the second generation craftsmen. It also has a 2 hectare covered manufacturing facility, and a vast network of global supply chain sources. MDCC thrives on hard work and hardships for they believe that great construction methodologies can only come from great passion. Construction involves people not just machines, therefore Construction is more than a science, it is also a kind of craft that belongs to a people, a nation. MDCC is proud to say that the entire ID workers pool of the Philippines can trace its roots and heritage to MDCC in somewhat way, be it from the farthest regions of the Philippines. That is why there is nothing too difficult, too complex, or too large for MDCC. For when it comes to ID Fit-out they have seen it all from the very beginning: how it began, how it flourished, and how it will continue to improve for the Philippines. MDCC intends to continue on its leadership on this special field until the very end through God’s continued grace.
