About McDonald's Belgium
McDonald’s puts down roots in Belgium in 1978. McDonald’s Belgium is born in America, but made in Belgium. Today the company has 65 restaurants all over the country, of which 64 are run by 21 franchisees. McDonald’s and its franchisees employ over 2.900 people in Belgium who served more than 38 million visitors in 2012 with a smile.
In 2013, we were awarded with the number 1 place “Best workplaces 2013”. We would like to thank all 2900 people working in Belgium under our brand for this great recognition!
McDonald’s Belgium and its franchisees see a challenging but bright future ahead: they are proud to announce an investment of €60 million and 500 new jobs in the three coming years.
