Founded in 1982, MBI is an Arizona based company operating five full-service facilities located in Phoenix, Glendale, Casa Grande and Tucson. MBI facilities are staffed with medical professionals who provide the full spectrum of Occupational Medicine for employers and their employees. MBI currently is contracted with some of our State and Country’s largest employers. MBI specializes solely in the practice of Occupational Medicine.
