Our investment in creating and delivering our bespoke residential courses, develops the skills and expertise required to ensure we can achieve this aim.Beyond learning focused on our dealership interactions, the Marshall Academy also provide interventions such as our 'Future Leaders' courses. This year-long modular curriculum provides education and coaching across a range of key leadership competencies all designed to support those with the talent and ambition to progress to our Management positions. Finally, this year has also seen investment and growth in relation to our distance learning and eLearning content. Created both in-house and with the support of selected partners, we have been able to offer our widest range of content to each and every colleague. Our eAcademy platform means all of our 4,000 colleagues have 24/7 access.
